Entretien
There was first an online application. Thi was followed a few weeks later by a video interview. The video interview was conducted at home, with automated questions. You were videoed whilst you answered the interview questions.
Quick and easy video interview process with simple instructions. Series of short answer questions, 4 or 5, given 30 seconds to prepare and a minute to answer. Generalised interview questions asking why WSP, Why given job role, something interesting about yourself?
I applied via a job site with my CV and received a quick response. I was invited to a video interview which i had 4 days to complete. Just make sure you know about the company beforehand and know why you would like to work for them. The video interview is pretty easy and stress free, you get to set it up first and practice an answer to a mock question. Try to look directly into your webcam and not read from any notes you may have.
