Absolute disaster. 24 hours prior to the final interview I was told the position was being put on hold. The same day I see it being reposted. After multiple follow-ups they just said they don't think my experience matched the role.

The interview process consisted of 3 interviews with 5 people. One with the recruiter, 2 were dual interviews with the agency. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and thoughtful.
