I first had a phone interview and then the second round was a 1:1 video interview with the manager and then director of the team I was joining. Each call was :30min long and we’re back to back.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews, and it was nothing too intense. Typically you meet with an AD and Director, and of course HR for the initial vibe check.
