The process was well-organized and smooth, with clear communication from the HR. Timeline was clear and follow-up were timely. The iv questions were practical and closely aligned with the job descriptions. It is relatable to my previous experience.

Verbal offer - 12/2
But the salary is lower than expected as the salary budget is quite huge.

Technical questions:
- one IFRS standard u know - IFRS 16 leases
- impairment - ECL (Simplified approach)
- discounted cashflow
- deferred tax
- consolidation (PAJE, TAJE)
Behavourial questions:
- how do you handle difficult client?
- How would you handle it if a client requests the AFS before the agreed-upon deadline? etc.
