At the start of my interview I was shown around the studios an introduced to the crew, I was welcomed warmly even before I was asked a single question about the position. I really liked that feeling, it made the interview process feel like meeting with a friend or family member and took the pressure off. When we begin the interview I barely noticed because it felt like such a natural conversation. I was asked how much I was looking to make in the interview and when I received my offer a few days later I was offered just over the higher end of my desired base salary range.
