There was 2 rounds of interviews. The first was virtual and the interviewer did not seem very interested. To my surprise they reached out for a second interview in office. This interview was extremely long, about 5-6 hours with pairs of interviewers coming every hour or so. Each interviewer had different styles some asking technical questions about college coursework and others more small talk oriented. The interview seemed to go well and I expected to hear at least an email back regarding their decision. I sent a thank you email and never heard back from them again.
