Process involved a comprehensive phone interview, meeting with hiring manager that included set of stock questions manager apparently was required to ask and record. Recruiter and hiring manager were both cordial, informative. After applying I received an email encouraging me to check in on the status of the job offer, and was told flatly I would be informed of the results of the hiring process. Despite following directions and checking in to advise of my continued interest, I never again heard from the potential employer, and eventually saw the job removed as available.

applied, got a interview set up. met with two gentlemen. got denied a few days. One of the two men didn't seem that engaged in me from the start. I suspect had my hue been a bit lighter Id have moved on in the process. But this is Seattle where racism is hidden in plain sight

Very professional. Conducted interview over phone with its recruiter, and a few days later we had the first formal interview. Was told to expect a hour, but it was right around 30 minutes. Gave me time to ask questions at the end and provided me with a couple leadership books to read to prep for the role, if hired.

Pretty straight forward. Prescreen then in person interview on site. Questions were style around management and how you deal with people and situations. They went over the job description as well and briefly described job duties. They went over hours and show time.
