Very unprofessional. No questions - Four Statements - Person I was meeting didn't show up, office staff came out said a few things and that was it. Expected much more from an established company.

A representative from WM in Chicago emailed me and set up interview locally. Met interviewer at Saanichton office and was 1 on 1 with manager. Asked some pretty standard questions about my experience and handling a certain scenario.

i did an over the phone interview and i thought it was a scam during the call. waited a week for an interview, they reseculed me for a day earlier. i arrived on time 15 min early like they said. i waited in the lobby like 25 min past my set time until the receptionist walked me to the back stairs. the interview lady seemed nice and i thought the conversation went well. i was told to wit a week or two for her to make her final decision. after i left the building 20 min later i got an email saying i was not selected. i felt like crap, i would have liked to know the reason for not being selected over being gaslighted into potential employment
