First of all I want to tell how to getting interview call. I got a call through social website. Then i was gone for interview. Assigned task regarding Graphic development. It's very interesting. Because they are expecting not huge number of outputs
They expect simple and pakka output. I'm also same minded. So it's success.

Professional, casual environment, in the company's break/recreation room. Interviewed by the head of the Design team who would be my direct supervisor. Contracted under Pfizer and the job is located on Pfizer's corporate campus.

Easy. Professional. Met with HR rep, standard interview questions, shared my portfolio. The Second interview was with the art director. Background process took the longest because I was already in there system from being previously hired. I left and came back a few years later.
