I applied online through my university. I received an email where i had to do an extensive online assessment with over 500 questions. Then a very awkward video interview where i had to record my answer to pre-recorded questions. I then received an email asking me to fly out to Pittsburgh for a face to face interview.
The interview was a 2 day process with networking events with all recruiters in attendance. The next day i had 7 40 min interviews with recruiters from around the country.
There was then a conclusion dinner and i returned home.
The interviews were very informal and was more of a getting to know me session then anything else. I was not asked any question that was difficult to answer.

Question 1
It was unexpected to me to not receive any difficult questions at all. All the questions where about me and my experiences at my internships.

Quick and easy apply on the company's website. Essentially just submit your resume and a bit of information about yourself. I received an email a few weeks after to schedule a phone call with the head college recruiter. Conversation with JK lasted 45 minutes briefly describing the role, the company, the benefits, and the different directions the role can lead into with the company. After I passed this round, which was very casual and seemed more like a pre-screening call to get to know you, I had another phone interview that was more in depth a few days after. This followed with 3 more phone conversations that were relatively very similar to the second phone interview. Ask a lot about knowledge of the company, the supply chain industry (I was interviewing for the operations role in Port Washington as apart of the Sales Management Program).
5 phone interviews/conversations in total and then an on-site interview at WESCO's corporate office in Pittsburgh. I was flown out on a Wednesday and had the interview at the HQ the next day that lasted 3 hours and included lunch. I was with two other candidates, and we had multiple 1 on 1 interviews followed by an offer, which I accepted about a month afterwards.
Overall, a very relaxed and humane interview process. They wanted to get to know you, your interests, career goals, and your knowledge of the industry and of the company. I never felt uncomfortable and treated like "a number." They give you a ton of chances to ask questions to further understand the role and if they are not sure of the answer, they refer you to another employee who can adequately answer your questions.

Question 1
Why did you choose your major? What are your career goals and why do you think WESCO would be a good starting point for those goals?

Initial process of the interview is a video interview, then the recruiter will send you links to 2 different supplementary questionnaires. If you make it through this round then they will fly you to Pittsburgh for 2 day event where you will do 3-4 interviews on the second day. If you make it through this round then you'll have last interview where you will meet up with the branch manager of the location you want to work.
The whole process was very laid back and the interviews are basically a get to know you kind of informal interviews. One thing I would point out is that during the first night of meet up, you should try to make impressions on many Managers as possible since the more managers approve of you, you will have a higher possibility of getting selected. Overall it was a great experience and they really take care of you when you are in Pittsburgh.
