The Weltec interview process varies depending on the program you are applying for, but generally involves three interviewers. Interview process was fast and divided into two main stages. The first stage is the interview with the manager while the next stage is with the head of school and HR manager. The interview lasted for around 40 minutes with a range of skills, attitude and experience related questions.
