J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WD (Kuala Lumpur)
Entretien
1st round - quite straightforward, asked about general knowledge on web development and deployment. After that will be a "surprise" take home technical test which will only be sent one day before the scheduled 2nd round interview. Funny thing is the test was given in the morning on a working weekday, I started working on it and sent it back at 8pm after my working hours (6:30pm). During the 2nd round interview, the interviewer was not happy that it took me "so long" to send them back the answer lol ? They expect me to complete it ASAP even during working hours, which pretty much tells me how terrible the work culture it is in the company. Not only that, some of the questions on the test is very vague, and if you do not have the answer that is in his mind, the interviewer will just say its wrong. Sounds like a fun team to work with.
