interview process is really smooth . first round with manager and then next 3 rounds from other team members. they mainly focused on all the basic questions and resume experience and projects.

The interview were happened easy, smooth and friendly. They are unofficially looking for 5 areas - knowledgeable (technical questions, e.g. basic circuit design, device modeling, equipment usage, ...), your past work experience, characteristics, people skills, willingness to work in WD. Only single on-site interview, then they will evaluate the performance in the interview. If everything is ok, HR will contact and explain the offer.
