Two rounds of interviews, fairly easy questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I got the sense that it was a collaborative place out of the interview process. It was more important to have questions prepared for my interviewers, that helped lead the interview in productive areas and kept it on track. The phone screen was very basic - and offered a easy chance to hit on what was listed in the position description.
