      Very strategically planned which provides the interviewee all the information they need and enough time to talk about themselves. However, it was still a stress- free interview and felt like a communication. I really enjoyed my interview.

      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WCG Clinical en mai 2021

      Entretien

      I first had a phone interview with the recruiter and then three other remote interviews. One was a group interview (3 managers), two other managers and HR. They first wanted all interviews to be an hour long but I asked if I can have an one hour interview and the remaining 30 mins long since I am still employed and couldn't take that much time off. I wished I had more insight of the role overall and the everyday duties explained to me during the interviews at any point. I understand as the interviewee, I have my own time to ask questions and I should of been more firm about that but I was able at some point ask, "in your own words, how can you describe this role" and they couldn't/didn't quite answer that. I saw some small red flags here and there but at the end I also had to follow up in regards my interview process, they didn't have the time to send an autogenerated email of rejection nor did they provide any feedback as to why, just "you were not selected" "good luck". It was kind of inconsiderate on their part since I just spent a lot of time trying to accommodate their interview process. If I were in their shoes, just a little piece of advice to save everyone's time, if a candidate doesn't seem like a good fit immediately, then cancel the remaining interviews instead of making the candidate go throughout all that process. It was a great learning experience for any future interviews I'll have, I've never gone through that process before but it was a waste of time, I could of been applying and putting my efforts in another role or my job search.
