Easy process. It's mostly behavioral interview. They test your MS Word and MS Excel skills before continuing. After that, there's one phone call interview and one video call interview and if you pass those two, you start working for them

1. Phone interview with a recruiter to see if you're a good fit. Asked basic questions like experience, why WCG, and some information related to your resume 2. The second interview was with the Operations Director and staff from Human Capital Management (human resources). This interview was not as intimidating as I thought because they were both friendly.
