Interview process was friendly and accommodating. My first interview was with HR over the phone then I was interviewed by the Design directors, I was asked about my CAD skill and Design exposures.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my CAD skill and Design exposures. I was asked to briefly describe participation in Concept and Schematic Design
The interview process was fairly straightforward and conversational. I had a one-on-one interview with a team member, who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The discussion focused mostly on my background, previous experience, and general interests in design. They also asked why I was interested in WATG and why I chose to pursue interior design. Overall, it felt more like a casual conversation rather than a very technical or intense interview.

My initial phone screening was a great experience and I felt I had a meaningful conversation with the recruiter. I then moved on to a virtual interview and it started off pretty normal. Then when it was time to go over my portfolio, I looked up to see one of the interviewers scrolling on her phone. It was very discouraging and the whole time I felt like I was just wasting my time cause she didn't care to even look up at what I was presenting. I already pretty much knew I didn't get the job, but still wanted to follow up with them after the interview and they ghosted me. It is really unfortunate because they seemed like a really well respected firm but this interview experience has made me lose my respect for them.
