I was introduced by a recruiter. I sat down with the head of HR and another person who did not speak. I assumed she was the sales manager at first but afterward learned she was another HR consult. The conversation flowed with typical questions. When done she asked if I had time to meet some of the team. After returning to the conference room she said they were not available. She then said a 2nd interview would be set up normally. I received an email with some questions, discussed in detail. She said they would most likely call me by the end of the day. When this did not happen I sent a follow-up email several days later. No response. Then again. No response. I finally sent a final email thanking them and asked for any feedback whatsoever. No response. I can appreciate them changing their minds but after the efforts put out and then being ignored was quite disappointing.

two interviews 1) sale manager and HR they explained the company in brief and asked about me and how i could relate to the company. wasnt to in depth but provided enough to understand the company 2) COO asked generic hiring questions that examined previous employment and went over previous jobs and resume
