The interview process with 2 hangout calls , followed by 3 f2f technical round and 1 round with engineering head. The organisation is quite good and in best place of pune. Round 1 - Hangout Call with Director App Engineering. This person was technical , experienced and good listener. He started with clear understanding about the organisation. He was quite happy with interview discussion. In the end he give idea about kind of projects and role. Round 2 - Hangout Call with Director App Engineering , Technical Architect , Vice President (Cloud) - The best part of interview. Was given a system design problem about designing a log management system. Since i was not able to use whiteboard on hangout , was given flexibility to use paper. Started with couple of question on mobile end and asked queries over backend , load balancers etc. It was privilege and good learning experience for me to talk with all technical architects. I was now excited to join the organisation Round 3 - From here the things got confusing. The 3rd round( f2f) was with 2 year experienced android guy ( well surprising for me) . Initially i was not aware but from the questions asked by him i come to know. i was expecting a discussion with senior guy though. As expected I clear it quickly. Round 4 - f2f with technical architect - this was the longest round. This person was down to earth , calm and was keen listener and video streaming expert. He asked questions mostly on architecture and design patterns , TDD and was looking to share his insight too in every questions. He seems to be quite happy . After discussion with him i was convinced again to join the organisation. Round 5 : This round was funny. I was expecting the engineering head now. A person come for discussion and he seems to be my age. I thought he is engineering head and start discussing in same way. He said he wanted to just ask 4-5 android questions. He seems to be convinced. I thought rounds with engineering head is completed. Come to know from HR last interviewer was not engineering head , he is senior android guy. ( quite funny for me now). i was told that engineering head would be taking telephonic call as he is busy. After 2 days i got message my last round results are not good. No worries. because i have also decided not to join after the funniest last round but i was still looking to met the engineering head to complete the process. Anyways it was a positive experience for me. The best interviewers were Director app engineering , Senior Mobile architect and Vice president cloud. The office is quite good. The HR team also seems to good ( about the process its ok) I will surely recommend you this company.
