I applied online, the process took a couple of weeks. First I was short-listed for a phone interview, then they called me for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was first with a team leader, afterwards with the sales Manager and afterwards again with the HR. The interview lasted almost 3 hours. It was relaxing and and easy but under my point of view it was long, tiring and many of the questions were the same over and over again. The requirements for the job were quite high and they salary offered very low. It seems the company it not willing to invest in training and it is looking for senior professionals to work for a low salary. I was also advised that they will update me with the outcome of the interview, they never emailed me. I had to call them and the HR sounds like I was bordering him. After 3 hours interview I think a person deserves at least an email to know the outcome of the application. I found this company very unprofessional regarding the hiring process.
