Applied online, took an online Hirevue/Codevue assessment, then was contacted to set up a time for a phone screen with the hiring manager. Hiring manager asked me some questions about my experience, what my interests are, what the team does, etc. Then I was contacted to schedule an on-site interview. On-site was about 2.5 hours long and consisted of 2 technical interviews with current SWEs and 1 behavioral with the hiring manager. The technical interviews weren't that bad, the first interview was designing a basic CRUD app and some dev/ops stuff and the second one was questions about OOP and data structures. No whiteboarding or algorithms, luckily. Last interview was basic behavioral stuff, like where do you see yourself in 5 years, tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate, etc. Next day I was contacted with the offer. Overall the interviews were pretty average, nothing super out of the ordinary.
