I first had a telephone interview with a lovely lady from the recruitment team. She was based in Spain and called me 4 weeks if not longer after I applied for the job position. The interview went well, she was very promising. She recommended me for the second round which took place a week after. The second interview was okay too, however I have never heard back from then since. I understand they might have lots of applicants but a brief email informing you whether you were successful or not won't harm them! I contacted them myself 3 times but never received an answer. Very disappointing and unprofessional. People investing their time also and not only the employer!!
