The interview process was genuinely warm and welcoming. From the initial communication to the actual interview, everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and my background. I left the interview feeling optimistic and excited about the possibility of joining the team, as the culture and values they described aligned well with what I was looking for. However, after the interview, I never received any further communication regarding the outcome. I gave it some time and then followed up with a polite email to check in, but unfortunately, I never received a response. While I understand that hiring processes can be complex and that not every candidate will move forward, the complete lack of follow up, especially after such a positive and engaging conversation was disappointing. It left me with a less favorable impression of the company's communication practices and candidate experience.
