Entretien
Applied online. Received untimed offline coding challenge. Afterwards, a phone interview was set up where I was asked the typical C++ questions (inheritance, virtual functions, keywords, etc).
Next, a ~2 hour in-person interview was scheduled. Spent more time going over my experience, going over the coding challenge I submitted, followed by some whiteboard coding questions (an algorithms problem and some OO design questions).
Total time from application to offer was around 3 weeks. Quite quick given how many companies drag out the process for 1.5-2 months and drag their feet at every step.

Question 1
Coding challenge was offline so you have time to figure out a good solution. In person I was given a "cracking the coding interview" style question, but not one I'd seen before. There were some "how would you code x feature for our product" (high level description). Know your basic design patterns as well.
