I was interviewed with two other applicants by the HR. If you pass the interview you will take the codity exam on the same date. The codity exam last for 2 hours that covers sql, struct, arrays. If you pass the codity exam, the HR will schedule your technical interview the following or within the week.

Entretien
A text message was sent first, asking what's the best time for me to be interviewed through phone. After the phone interview, a Codility Exam was sent through email. They texted me again after I'm through with the exam for an interview. There's an HR interview on their office, and technical interviews depending on the category or track you prefer (there's Platform, Client, Quality Engineering ++).

Entretien
There were 4 Parts for the hiring process:
First was a codility exam for 2 hours. This exam assesses the applicant on his logic as a programmer.
Second part was a phone interview from the HR. They will ask about your background information including school.
Third was the technical interview. They will ask you about your technical skills, internship experience, thesis and ask you to program on a piece of paper. The problem to be written are just programming questions that measures your programming logic.
Last was the final interview
