Initial phone call + tech questions, then should have been tech test etc. It did not progress beyond initial stages for me as it was not a fit in some areas (UI Testing and Line management) where they required experience. This initial interview was basically shooting questions out of a list and some syntactical questions, which requires to be freshly hands on in these areas to answer, which is a bummer as the questions are easy but you may not remember at that point especially if you are doing multiple roles and not working on these always.
