      Entretien

3 interviews: 1st interview - It was pretty quick with the usual googled introductory interview questions. After 15 minutes or so they asked me to come in for a second interview. Super quick but I looked past it in the moment. The second interview was a Costco on the other side of town...in 1 hour. Luckily, I was working from home that day so I could flex my hours. 2nd Interview - I met another person at Costco where they showed me the job (selling at&t in Costco). They put me on the spot to greet people and bring them back to their booth. Afterwards, she let me know I did well then we started to schedule the 3rd interview. She asked if I could come in tomorrow and I said no as I still had a 9-5 and could not miss work the next day. They looked at me with a straight face and said that's the only time we have available... I looked right back and said that I'm sorry but I can't. I explained I still have responsibilities at my current employer. After a long awkward silence she walked off to make a call. She came back with a time next week we both agreed on. 3rd interview - Started the interview and the guy was asking me the same questions as the first one. Eventually I mentioned this is my third interview and he apologized as he thought this was my first... after a bit more back and forth he offered me the job. No medical until after 90 days, base pay was about $9 an hour, commission starts after you cover your base, no vacation or sick pay(at all), must work weekends, oh and the dress code is a full suit and tie. He also expected me to start tomorrow. I told him that if I choose to accept this position, I would need to give my previous employer 2 weeks notice. I got so much friction on this I'm surprised I didn't walk out. Needless to say, I didn't take the job. Overall - This company had zero respect for my time. The interview process was a mess and I only went through the whole thing as practice. The compensation was garbage. I'm serious, you would make the same money at Reasors or McDonald's if you include benefits. Save your time and keep looking.
