the first interview with HR then a case study, the case study is being reviewed by a team member and not by the hiring manager, even though the case study was correct, the team member was lacking the experience to correct my answers, after reviewing his LinkedIn experiences, I was more senior than he was. regarding the feedback, HR was very polite and professional by telling me that my case study was correct, but they had to go with someone else.
