HR contacted and scheduled interview with the manager. Interview did go well. Manager said I am the first one in his list, either way he will let me know. Waited 6 weeks no response. I emailed the HR, he apologized and said they moved with another person. I am okay with it, but they should have shown little courtesy. They just ghosted.
