Phone interview 20 min onsite interview 2o min very unprofessional both directors 15 min late to interview say they are looking for people that have OEM experience not true I have OEM new plant opening and new model launch experience and over 25 yrs in auto manufacturing experience and still could not land job I think they are looking for a certain type of person if you know what I mean .one walk through their office and you will see what I mean they all look the same good luck with that attitude in SC. I think their will be a lot of EEOC calls in their future
