Submitted on company website, was reached out to by HR for a phone interview. Then I was asked to provide 5 references (2 had to be managers) and they were all emailed a survey that needed to be filled out before an in person interview. They also had me do an hour long skills test and a Berke assessment. None of these things was brought up in the in person interview, which lasted about an hour and included a factory tour. After the interview it took three weeks for to get a response from them. They missed their self imposed deadline, I followed up twice (once a couple days after they missed the dead line and the other one week after that). Overall the process took a month from submitting the application to receiving a decision. Be prepared to do a lot of leg work for very little effort or communication on their part
