Phone screening followed by a virtual interview. The listed salary was relatively high for the area but I can't say I found the company professional in my dealings with them. Communicating with them involved a lot of runaround and phone tag as well as being scheduled for a meeting nobody showed up to before I was able to meet with the IT director. Not a good experience overall.
