The interview process was an absolute shambles. They were so unorganised, not sending out online meeting invites until 10 minutes before the interview, didn't stick to the internal deadlines they during the application process.
1st interview was a telephone interview, which was very generic questions - not getting to know me as a person or my skills at a whole.
Invited to the 2nd interview, where I was asked really bizarre questions which had no relation to the job role, marketing or skills needed to do the role. Again, no interest in getting to know me on a personal level, they just wanted me to reel off information like a robot.
Would not recomend interviewing for this company, if the interviews are so unorganised I dread to think what it's like working there.
