      Entretien pour Implementation Manager

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vodori (Chicago, IL) en juin 2024

      Entretien

      1) 30 minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition. 2) An extensive two-page document I had to fill in with my relevant work experience, type of customers I implemented, how my previous employer's company communicated, tools I used, and how I managed myself in my last role. This was then supposedly reviewed by the Hiring Manager before I could move on to the next round. 3) I had a 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager which seemed to go well and I went on to the next step. 4) I then completed a written assessment which asked me to mock an implementation that had already had the Kick Off call along with writing questions I had regarding steps I would take during this mock call. 5, 6) I then had two, 45 minute back-to-back video interviews with employees in IT, Sales, and then also the same Hiring Manager and an employee in Customer Success. In both interviews I was disappointed that it was evident the panel (besides Hiring Manager) did not read over the two written assessments, so I spent both interviews rehashing my experience. I also found the mock interview to be extremely awkward, as it was evident the Customer Success employee was not sure of how they wanted to conduct this mock implementation process given what the written instructions were on the assignment. As a result I was rushed through this and was given zero feedback of how this mock implementation was supposed to be conducted. I also was disappointed Customer Success had clearly just finished a workout and were very distracted during the interview. And finally, I was ghosted entirely by Talent Acquisition on follow up. If a candidate consistently puts effort into your extensive interview process the least the company can do is proactively read over the candidate's work and be prepared for the interview process and provide timely feedback.
