I applied the position from website, then contacted by HR, had several interviews. The process took about 1 month they would meet all the candidates before moving to next step, which means they selected carefully the right person also.

A phone interview for half an hour to vet my background.
This was followed by a 1st face to face interview where I had to present my experience. After a week I was given very good and clear feedback which was detailed in a useful way. I was then recommended to apply for a different job as I'd be a very strong fit. I did but then as pretty much ignored - which was at odds with what I expected following the conversations we'd had.
