Gespräch fand auf Englisch nur mit der einstellenden Managerin statt, Das Gespräch war nett und freundlich und wurde schnell inhaltlich. Konkrete Fragen konnten im Verlauf des Gesprächs beantwortet werden. Die angedachte Position und das Umfeld wurden dargelegt.

Wie würden Sie ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen einsetzen, um in der neuen Rolle einen Unterschied machen zu können?
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.
