There was a logic test and a video interview in English. After the logic test, your result is automatically evaluated and you are notified. The interview consisted of standard HR questions. First, you are given a question and time to think for 30-60 seconds, then you are expected to answer the questions in about 3-5 minutes. Afterward, I was called by HR and asked about my work experience. You are expected to have 1 year or less experience for this program. Since my work experience was more than that, they wanted to direct me to another unit, but I did not accept because I did not want to work in that field.
