First an HR screening, followed by a very blend technical interview, where they asked simple theoretical questions. Overall, the experience was positive with a relaxed and chill atmosphere throughout the process.

ideasfor Vodafone to further advance our youth customer engagement by using Technology.
You will be presented with information on our vision, current customer journeys, the youth
segment and some considerations.
Once you have reviewed the information provided, you are asked to individually come up with at
least 2 ideas to improve Vodafone’s customer journey using technology. You are then asked to
discussthese with the team and come to an agreement on the following points:
• 3 ideasfor enhancing Vodafone’s customer journey using technology, outlining what
problem they address and the priority of each (which idea is to be developed first, second
and third)
• How the idea is different to what Vodafone currently do
• How your ideas will appeal to Vodafone’s youth segment
• An appropriate channel to pilot the idea, with proof of concept and what steps you’d take
to roll it out
• How you would iterate the solutions over time
• Any limitations or challenges you expect
