Inhouse recruiters are very pushy, even when they have identified you as a good candidate. They don't seem to understand what their inhouse clients are looking for as, despite going through 3 interviews all with extremely positive feedback, the Managing Director gave feedback to me that my skill set was not what she was looking for. It would have been better if this had been communicated earlier on to avoid wasting everyone's time and my effort in preparing for interviews.
