1 x interview with HR, 1 x test - excel & marketing, 1 x interview with HR + Manager, 1 x interview with Manager + Director
The HR interview was the longest, as it took almost 1 hourr to present the job.

3. Specific "what would i do in this business context/with this product?" questions
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.
