Entretien
The interview process was very smooth, and friendly. There was a call with the recruiter, and then I was invited for a formal interview with 2 inside sales managers.
It was for a Inside Sales position in Spain. Quick process, only a couple of interviews, one with a HR representative, the other one with my potential manager.
They were nice and straigth-forward about what they expected from me.

Entretien
2 person panel. Standard interview. There were a lot of behavioral questions. If I could give any advice I would practice the STAR model. They typically look for people with a hunter mentality so be sure to do your best to get this across.
