Absolutely shocking. One of the worst that I’ve ever experienced.
Was headhunted by a in house recruiter. Booked me in for a telephone interview and didn’t show up.
I waited a week and chased and he replied with ‘my bad’. Then books me in same day at 2pm - guess what? Didn’t show up.
I then chased him and 2 other recruiters separately and neither got back or fobbed me off with excuses such as ‘it’s his role, I can’t get involved’ or ‘I’ll look but it’s his role’. Complete joke.
Not going to continue on a rant here but I have 3 names that I can share if anyone wanted more information ie Vodafone HR team.

Recruiter didn’t even bother showing up so never got a question. Has since ignored me as have 2 other recruiters. Total shambles.
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.

Difficile ma vengono fatte le domande giust e e l esaminatore è corretto nella tua valutazione. Se non si ha esperienza si viene messi a proprio agio. Consiglio di prepararsi tecnicamente
