I applied online and was got a call for the phone interview. The questions were basic and not too complicated. Got called in for an interview. I had one with HR and the immediate manager, a second one with the manager of the manager.

There are two ways to join vodafone either to join them directly or through an outsource company. If you're going to apply through an outsource company then you'll have an interview in the outsource company first (on more than one level depending on the company's hiring process) , then you'll have a final interview in vodafone itself.
