J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vodafone (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2016
Entretien
It was an internal movement to a different team: directly with hiring manager and one to one meeting of 1 hour in person. Basic questions about why I wanted to move, what I would offer to the team and some technical questions specific for the field (messaging)

Not too onerous, panel was very friendly and accommodating. Questions were well considered and I felt that I was able to share my skills and experience which were pertinent to the role.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vodafone (Glasgow, Écosse) en août 2015

Because of the size of Vodafone, their recruitment is first put to a resourcing company who filter out the rubbish and conduct initial pre-screening. Moving forward successful candidates are passed to a hiring manager at Vodafone HR who will conduct final stage interviews (and assessment centres if required). The overall process was exactly what you expect from a massive company - slightly rushed when things get going, lots of waiting around and the same generic questions. The resourcer was really nice - cannot praise her enough, and Vodafone's careers website is very easy to use.

Question 1
Due to my previous history with Vodafone I was quizzed a lot on 'why I was wanting to come back' and 'what did you like about Vodafone previously' - overall I got the impression they were looking to see me grovel back to them. The job I had applied for was a new role in the company so full, more refined interview questions had not been developed so I got the generic questions from the resource consultant. I got through the initial stage easily and progressed on to hiring manager review, however after waiting 2 weeks I got an email to say I had not been successful in progressing.
