I applied for the position through the Vodafone website. A week later i received a phone call to invite me for a telephone interview, i flew through my telephone interview in around 20 minutes and was invited for a competency based interview which i have tomorrow.

Phone interview that took about 15 minutes. I was then invited to a group one that was over 2h long, most of which we had to wait for others to conclude their interviews. They the got back to me within a week or so with the outcome.
