Not really difficult, they needed people. They where looking to see if you where able to move there.

It was easy, I was asked about sales path and previous experience, tell me how do you find leads, what do you consider for doing landscaping. How do you get in contact with the person in charge?. It was important for the hiring agency that I have had previous experience related with the company. The Hub's director manager was impressed because I told him what was important in the sales process

2 Skype calls , first with HR , then with Managers in English and Spanish.
Background (salesprocess, target...). Mainly about your background and the way you sell.
Vodafone products is good to know M2M,One Net...
Length around 60-75 minutes each.
Dress properly, study your positions and be prepared to answer about things in detail, but be direct , don´t get the Manager confuse.
