To apply you had to do online interviews and tests, cover letters and then finally an assessment centre where you had to do a presentaiton, more interviews and a group exercise. For the group exercise you designed an app and had to promote it to the group.

Online tests, CV screen, video interview, assessment centre. The video interview was one-way, but quite simple. The assessment centre consisted of group exercise, individual presentation and individual competency based interviews which were more like a one on one chat

Group exercises, interview, presentation- Long day- the usual people talking over one another in the group exercise but generally ran smoothly. Feedback was given though when I asked if it was possible to have the feedback via email it was not possible, instead it was a brief chat over the phone; however still helpful to receive.
