The process up until the assessment centre was all positive with a number of tests, and online interviews which is what you can expect. The assessment centre itself was a good day overall with the staff being really relaxed natural and honest; the only negative that put a downer on the whole Experience is i feel you are not given a chance to shine within the group task as on my actual group i had three very forceful young women who would not allow anyone else to get a word in and of course you would not want to shout over them to look unprofessional so i raised my hand and waited to speak but never managed to get enough in to actually show my skill set; i had also brought this up on the day with the staff.

5 questions asked, fairly straightforward and easy. Then asked to complete two online assessments afterwards which didn’t take long. Got to re-record answer and was given two minutes Why Vodafone, why this role etc
