Advert found online. First interview by CEO of recruitment agency face to face and very professionally done. Followed by a conference call interview with the hiring manager in the US. This was also professionally done. Finally a face to face with the hiring manager and two managers who would be colleagues. Both were German. The interview included speaking German although language was not a key criteria. The interviews went well and were very thorough and professionally done. It was later decided by the reviewing team that language was, in fact, going to be an important criteria. One candidate was fluent in German, French, English and Flemish. Her was chosen over the other two candidates (one of whom was myself). A very thorough interview process and very professionally run. Pity my language skills were not stronger!
