Video-it was very impersonal and I felt awkward talking to myself . I’ve been waiting years for an interview because I know it’s a great company for someone with a disability. I’m sure I looked like a bumbling idiot and this will be the video they use for future opportunities. Thankfully I had another interview with a live person the same day that went great!
